Bessie Graham

Bessie Bevel Graham, 83, passed from this life Thursday, May 21, 2015, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. Bessie was born March 27, 1932, to the late Ed and Laura Bevel. She retired from Jacobs Manufacturing Company in Bridgeport, Ala., in 1993, as Secretary/Bookkeeper, after 40 years of service. She volunteered part time in the Business office at Tennessee Bible College from 2001 until last week. Ms. Graham is survived by daughter, Audrey (Alfie) Barrera of Cookeville; granddaughter, Cristina (T.C.) Forscht of Murfreesboro, Tenn.; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by husband, Audley Graham; brothers, Bobby and John Bevel; sisters, Odessa Werner and Betty Watson. Visitation will be held today, May 24, 2015, from 6-9 p.m. CDT and Monday, May 25,from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at Crest Lawn Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held Monday, May 25, 2015, at 1 p.m. CDT at the Chapel of Crest Lawn Funeral Home. Brother David Hill will officiate. Interment will follow in The Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens in Jasper, Tenn.
