Bill Campbell

Mr. Bill V. Campbell, 88, of Chattanooga, passed away at Hospice of Chattanooga on Tuesday, Nov. 24, 2015. Bill was a lifelong resident of Chattanooga, born on Nov. 26, 1926. He was of the Baptist faith. Bill retired from Southern Railroad after 30 years of service. He was preceded in death by his wife, Addie Belle Campbell; brothers, Garnett and Max Campbell; Nephews, Brian and Ron Campbell. He is survived by his nephews: Gary, Wayne, and David Campbell. Graveside Services will be held at Chattanooga Memorial Park (Duck Pond) on Friday, Nov. 27, at 1:30 p.m. The family will receive friends on Friday at Lane Funeral Home, 601 Ashland Terrace, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Hospice of Chattanooga, 4411 Oakwood Drive, Chattanooga, TN 37416, or online at www.hospiceofchattanooga.org.
