Robert Cordell

Robert Cordell, 85, of Chattanooga, passed away Tuesday night, Oct. 6, 2015. at his home. He served in The United States Air Force and was stationed in Alaska during The Korean Conflict. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Ota K. Cordell. He is survived by his wife, Merrell Cordell; three daughters, Teresa Johnson, Ooltewah, Susan (Bill) McNabb, Chattanooga, and Becky (Lynn) Hicks, Dunlap; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sister, Dorothy Kay Browder, Scottsboro, Ala.; one nephew. Graveside services will be held Friday 3 p.m. CDT at Chapel Hill Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com. Arrangements by Standefer-Reed Funeral Home, 50 May Road, Dunlap.
