Charles Blakemore

Charles Raymond Blakemore, 58, passed away on Aug. 30, 2015. A lifelong resident of the North Georgia area, he was co-owner of RTB Diesel Repair. Charles will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Lena Blakemore; and brothers, William, Terry, and Charles Smith. He is survived by his loving wife, Tracy Blakemore, of Chickamauga, Ga.; children, Charles Blakemore Jr., of Rossville, Christina Boles, of Chattanooga, Bobby (Tina) Blakemore, of Fort Oglethorpe, Bryan Blakemore, of Rossville, Cody (Allisha) Blakemore, of Chickamauga, Ga., Whitney (Stephen) Ables, of Flintstone, Ga., Brandon Rice of Chickamauga, Ga., Bradd Rice, of Chickamauga, Ga.; siblings, Wanda Cooper, of Chattanooga, Tn., Lena Mathis, of Trenton, Ga., Patricia Greene, of Lookout Mountain, Ga., Henry Blakemore, of Flintstone, Ga., Forrest Blakemore, of Flintstone, Ga.; 12 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held at 3 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 3, 2015, in the funeral home chapel, Pastor Micah Nave officiating. Interment will follow at Old Lookout Cemetery.
