Naoma Blanche Carter, 87, passed away on Thursday, Aug. 18, 2016, at Shepherd's Cove. Funeral service is Saturday, Aug. 20, 2016, at 1 p.m. from Fyffe Church of God. Burial will follow in Section Methodist Cemetery. Visitation is today, at 11 a.m., at Fyffe Church of God.
