Johnny Lee "Dink" Kelley, 75, of Chattanooga, passed away Sunday, Jan. 31, 2016, in a local healthcare facility. Funeral service will be today at 9 a.m. in the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home, with Pastor Stephen Gilchrist as the eulogist. Burial in Forest Hills Cemetery.
