Lisa Dawn Bell, 52, of Soddy Daisy died Friday, Feb.5, 2016. She was preceded in death by her father, David Mincey; brother, Travis Mincey; and grandparents, Stancel and Hazel Thompson. Survivors include her mother and stepfather, Barbara and Larry Dixon; children, Lavon Charles Hackler and Megan Hackler; brother, Troy Mincey; sister, Melody Ricketts; several nieces; and nephews. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 13, 2016, at Legacy Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from noon - 2 p.m. Saturday, at the funeral home.
