Irvin Holt

Irvin Nicholas Holt, 96, of Chattanooga, passed away Saturday, June 25, 2016, in a local healthcare facility. He was very active, still driving at the age of 96 and he enjoyed sports. He was preceded in death by his wife, Gladys Holt; brother, Glenn Holt; and sister, Mary Dunevant. Survivors include his son, Gary (Gretta) Holt; nephew, Jim (Faye) Wallin, granddaughter, Amanda Holt Miller; Great-granddaughters, Avery Elizabeth Miller and Hannah Grace Miller; niece, Nancy Holt; and several other nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, June 30, 2016, at 11:30 a.m. in the Chattanooga National Cemetery. Arrangements by the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home and Crematory located at the end of Historic Missionary Ridge, Rossville.
