Tony Love

SOUTH PITTSBURG — Tony Love, 82, went home to be with the lord his savior Monday, April 10, 2017. He was raised in Piedmont, Ala. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army. He was also a Deacon and member of the Antioch Missionary Baptist Church. He worked as a Janitor at South Pittsburg Elementary School for many years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Wheeler and Ruth Sanford Love. Those left to cherish his memory are is wife of 59 years, Ruth Parker Love; daughters, Pat (George) Ables, Sandy (Scott) Lee, Sherry (Gerald) Schrimsher; brother, William Love; sister Robbie Smith; grandchildren Nathan Ables, Brandon Ables, Blake Lee; 4 great grandchildren Kyle Ables, Katie Belle Ables, Rae Ables & Gauge Griffith; several Nieces and nephews; special friend, Stephanie Henderson. Visitation will be today, from 5 to 8 p.m. CST. Funeral services will be conducted in the Funeral Home Chapel Thursday, April 14, 2017., at 2 p.m. CST, with Bro. Chris Kilgore officiating.
