IDER — Tommie Carole Beaty, 80, died Thursday, April 20, 2017, at her residence. Funeral services are Sunday at 2 p.m. at Ider Church of God with Bro. H E Lafevor, Bro. Benjamin Young and Bro. Rex Beaty officiating. Burial will follow in Fuller Cemetery. Family will receive friends today from 2 to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to noon at Corner Stone. Survivors include husband, Donald Beaty; sons, Don Beaty (Tabitha), Kevin Beaty (Felecia), Rex Beaty (Teresa), Bruce Beaty; sister, Judy Garren (Roy); grandchildren, Stephanie Beaty, Misty Neely, Laronda Beaty, Nicloe Beaty, Kayla Beaty, Annisa Beaty; great-grandchildren, Jamison Mains, Joseph Beaty, Jason Beaty, Hunter Wilson, Kaylee Wilson; nephew, Sandy Garren; niece, Felecia Beaty; adopted daughter, Gail Barrett. Mrs. Beaty was a retired educator having taught at Ider High School and a member of Ider Church of God for more than 65 years.
