Winnie Meagher Cross Phillips, 96, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, April 20, 2017. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 25, 2017, at 2:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Lane Funeral Home with Bill Harvey officiating. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home. A private burial will precede the services. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Chattanooga.
