David Wooten

David Shannon Wooten, 37, passed away, Friday, Aug. 18, 2017. He loved to eat and loved music of all kinds. David was a member of White Oak Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his mother, Judy Dowdy Wooten; grandparents, Nancy and Howard Dowdy and Jim and Verna Wooten; uncle, Kenneth Wooten; aunt, Jane Beatty and cousin, Alan Beatty. Survivors include his father, Tommy Wooten and Tammy Wooten Bradley; son, Drayton Kane Wooten; sister, Brooke Wooten; brothers, Scott (April) Wooten, Kyle (Hollie) Wooten and T.J. Wooten. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 21, 2017, in the chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Brother Don Moreland officiating. Visitation will be held Sunday from 2 to 8 p.m. and Monday 10 to 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Moore Funeral Home.
