Terry Lee Middleton

Terry Lee Middleton, 54, born Sept. 22, 1963, passed away Saturday, Dec. 9, 2017. He was preceded in death by both his parents, James F. and Brenda F. Middleton, of Ringgold, Ga. His survivors include, sister, Donna (Tim) Garland; brother, Brian (Diane) Middleton; special friend, Cynthia Little; aunt and uncle, Charlie (Frances) Hooker; several nieces and nephews. Terry was self-employed. There will be a celebration of life service Thursday, Dec. 21, 2017, at 2 p.m. at Companion Funeral Home located at: 2415 Georgetown Rd NW, Cleveland TN, 37311, with Pastor Johnny Headrick officiating the service. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service, from noon to 2 p.m.
