SUMMERVILLE — Homer Edward Lee Stamper, 70, passed away on Friday, Feb. 17, 2017. Funeral service will be Tuesday, Feb. 21, at 1 p.m. at Prospect Baptist Church, LaFayette. The family will receive friends at the church today from 6 to 8 p.m. Arrangements by Willis Funeral Home, Inc., Dalton, Ga.
