PISGAH — Alice Sue "Pat" Shipley Shavers, 82, died Friday, June 23, 2017, at Erlanger Medical Center. Funeral services are Monday at 1 p.m. CT at Corner Stone Funeral Chapel with Bro. Terry Gant officiating. Burial will follow in Friendship Cemtery. Family will receive friends from 2 to 8 p.m. today and 11 a.m. until service time on Monday. Survivors include daughters, Judy Holley (Rodger), Janice Clem (Mike); son, James Shavers (Lori); grandchildren, Joseph Clem, Julie Brown (Eric), Jonathan Shavers, Jacob Shavers, Jefferson Holley; great-grandchild, Aubrey Brown; sister, Betty Rackley (Don); several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Shavers was a member of New Home Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, William Jonathan and Maude Mae Hine Shipley; husband, Willis Shavers; great-grandchild, Ayden Brown; seven sisters and four brothers.
