Courtland Fields

Courtland Elija Fields, 27, of Orlando Fla., passed Wednesday June 21, 2017. Courtland's family the Dunnnigans, were formally of Chattanooga. Courtland was born in Nashville, Tenn., and later moved to Orlanda, Fla., with his parents. He attended Tennessee State University and was gifted and talented in song and poem writing. He produced numerous musical songs and CD releases. Courtland was preceded in death by father, Sgt. Major Elijah Fields and loving grandparents, Minnie Lou and Nathaniel Pinkard Sr. He leaves to mourn his passing; A very loving, supportive and devoted mother, Iris D. Lewis; loving and special aunts and uncles, Valerie (Edward) Handy, Sharon Jordan, of Nashville and Darryl (Aileen) Hudgins, of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.; a host of other relatives and friends. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, June 27, 2017, at 11 a.m. at Greenwood Cemetery Orlanda, Fla. with Minister Dr, Nina Frazier-White officiating.
