Lillie Woodard

LaFAYETTE — Lille Bell Woodard, 90, passed away Sunday, March 19, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harrison B. and Mary Frances Martin Elders; two daughters, Mary Forrest, and Barbara Brooks; two sisters, Catherine Barnes, and Opal Butler; one brother, Hoyt Elders; and one great- grandchild, Brett Austin Wilson. Survived by loving husband of 72 years, Herbert Woodard; son, Calvin (Charlotte) Woodard, of LaFayette; grandchildren, Kristi, Ronnie, Jody, Kevin, and Rebecca; seven great- grandchildren; 10 great great- grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral from the Wilbanks Memorial Chapel Wednesday, March 22, 2017, at 2 p.m., with Pastor Dewey Blalock officiating. Interment in Woodard Family Cemetery. Pallbearers are Ronnie Woodard, Jody Woodard, Ray Rhudy, Jeremy Harris, Lee Owens and Bobby Owens. Visitation at the funeral home Tuesday from 6 to 9 p.m. Arrangements are by Wallis-Wilbanks Funeral Home, LaFayette.
