Allen Lively

LaFAYETTE — Allen Linton Lively Sr., 78, passed away Friday, March 24, 2017, surrounded by his loving family. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and of the Pentecostal faith. He was preceded in death by his wife, Charlotte Ann Lively; parents, Leonard Lively and Lucille Lively; brother, Charles Lively. He is survived by daughter, Anissa Collins, of Chickamauga; sons, Al (Jan) Lively, Ben (Angelia) Lively, Roy (Carrie) Lively, and James (Crystal) Lively, all of LaFayette; sisters, Leahmon Ponder, Bitsy Long, and Judy Lively, all of LaFayette; 10 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Graveside service will be held in the LaFayette City Cemetery today, March 26, at 5 p.m. Arrangements are by Wallis-Wilbanks Funeral Home, LaFayette.
