Richard Wesley Barger, 54, a current resident of Chattanooga, Tenn., passed away unexpectedly on May 16, 2017, at Erlanger Hospital. Funeral services will be held today, May 22, at 1 p.m. in the South Crest Chapel with burial to follow in Lakewood Memory Gardens, South.
