David Teem

LaFAYETTE — David Lester Teem, 93, passed away Saturday, December 8, 2018. David was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, and owner and operator of Teem Machine Shop for many years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Emory and Talithia May Teem; brothers, Herman, Allen, and Lewis Teem. Survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Ernestine Daisy Teem; son, Herman Lee Teem, of LaFayette; grandsons, Zack Teem, and Chad Teem; four great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survive. Graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 13, at Rock Spring Cemetery. Pallbearers are Chad Teem, Zack Teem, Steve Blevins, Tim Little, Tim Brown, and Cliff Pott. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
