Daniel Rousseau

Daniel Esmond Rousseau, 90, went home to be with the Lord on Mar. 3,2018. He was born and raised in Limrock, Ala. then moved to Chattanooga, Tennessee where he worked for DuPont as a pipefitter for 32 years. He was a faithful member of Calvary Baptist Church. Dan served proudly in the Army and fought in the Korean War. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Mona Rousseau; son, Barry Rousseau, parents Dave and Beulah Rousseau; brother, Homer Rousseau; sister, Elizabeth Frazier. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Rousseau, children: Lynne (Lamar Delashmitt) Rousseau, Danny (Rieca) Rousseau, Gina (Stan) Bearden and stepson, Ronald (Karen) Gordon; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; several nieces & nephews. Funeral services will be held on Monday, Mar. 5, 2018, at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Reverend Dwight Martin and Reverend Ikey Watson officiating. Interment will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens with military honors. Visitation will be held on Monday, Mar. 5th from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. at the Hamilton Funeral Home.
