Dale Welch

Dale Edmond Welch, 71, of East Ridge, Tenn., passed away on Thursday, Aug. 30, 2018, at the residence of his sister and brother-in-law, Marilyn And Marvin Morris Sr. A former resident of Indianapolis he was a resident of the Chattanooga area for the last nine years. He enjoyed his time spent in the outdoors, being a jokester, and playing a game of pool in his downtime. He was preceded in death by his parents, and several siblings. Dale is survived by his children, Rick Semmelroth, Nichole Welch, and Chris Welch. He is also survived by several siblings, nieces and nephews.
