Howard Bettis

MEMPHIS — Howard Eugene Bettis Jr., 73, passed away at his home in Memphis, Tennessee on November 29, 2018. He was a graduate of Chattanooga Central High School and Memphis State University. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Kenneth and Emma Bettis and; father, Howard Bettis Sr.; mother Coleen Reed; and brother, Randy Bettis.
