CLEVELAND — Eyvonne P. Vance, 66, passed away Sunday, April 14, 2019, in a hospice care center. She will lie-in-state today at 9 a.m. in the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home with the funeral to follow at 1 p.m. with Pastor Anthony Vance as the eulogist. Burial in Forest Hills Cemetery.
