Neal Kassebaum

Neal Stephen Kassebaum entered eternity July 11, 2019. Neal was born in O’Fallon, Ill., son of Stephen and Beatrice Kassebaum. Neal came to Chattanooga in the early 1970s beginning his career at the local CBS station. During his career he worked for the local NBC station, Video Masters, a local production company, free lanced for ESPN, and in 1990 Southland Productions in North Carolina, later Pat Patterson Production which became Raycom Sports. Raycom provided production for ESPN, FOX, FOX Sports, and other stations. Neal’s most prized role was that of husband to Patricia, and dad to Erin Kassebaum (Will) Owens and Zack. Visitation is Saturday, July 27, 2019, at 2 p.m. EST to 3 p.m. EST at Signal Mountain Bible Church. The Rev. Dr. Gary Phillips and Rev. Louis Belva will conduct a memorial service at 3 p.m. EST in the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are requested to Signal Mountain Bible Church: 4872 Shackleford Ridge Rd., Signal Mountain, TN 3737, and the Austin Hatcher Foundation for Pediatric Cancer: 232 East 11th St., Chattanooga, TN 37402.
