Juliet Hoey

Juliet “Judy” (Frapart) Hoey, 97, passed away peacefully at her Chattanooga home on Saturday, March 2, 2019. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, James “Buck” Hoey Jr., her parents, Nehemiah E. and Annie R. Frapart and her sister, Dolores R. McDaniel. Judy is survived by her son, James M. Hoey III (Carolyn), of Apison, Tenn.; and her daughter, Anita H. Metcalf (Mike), of Chattanooga, Tenn. Also, she is survived by four grandchildren, Jennifer Hoey, Juliet Hoey, Christopher Metcalf and Kristen Metcalf as well as two great-granddaughters, Ella Grace and Jennifer. A private family service was held at Hamilton Memorial Gardens in Hixson, TN on March 6, 2019, with her great-nephew, John Roberts officiating the service. Arrangements are under the care of the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory and Florist, 5401 Highway 153, Hixson.
