Carol Jordan

Carol Jean Jordan passed away after an extended illness on Monday, March 18, 2019, at the age of 69 years, at her home surrounded by family. Carol was a member of Galilee Missionary Baptist Church. Carol was born to the parentage of Homer and Sara Ruth Strickland Sivels on August 18, 1949 in Chattanooga, TN. She attended the Chattanooga Public School System. Carol is predeceased by her father, Homer Sivels and brother, Kenneth Sivels. Carol will be lovingly remembered by her mother, Sara Sivels; siblings, Sharon Heath, Michael Sivels, Sandra (Johnny) Sanders all of Chattanooga, TN; Sally, Lil Jean, and Mary Sivels all of LaGange, GA, a very dear friend Alvin Dean, Norfolk, VA, nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends. The body will lie in state Monday, March 25th at 11:00 am at Galilee Missionary Baptist Church, located at 2000 Jackson Street, with funeral services to follow immediately at 12 noon with Rev.
