Stephen Millard

FLINTSTONE — Stephen Lebron Millard, Sr., 61, passed away Thursday, May 16, 2019. He was a lifelong resident of the Chattanooga and North Georgia areas and was of the Baptist faith. He was previously employed with Aztec Industries as an Electrician for more than 10 years and enjoyed spending time with family & friends. He was an avid Tennessee Vols fan and a true sports fanatic in general. He was a loving and devoted brother, husband, father and grandfather that will be truly missed by all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lebron and Bernice Millard. Survivors include his loving wife of more than 28 years, Barbara Green Millard; children, Stephen Lebron Millard, Jr., Tiffany Baugh and Kevin Abney; brother, Lamar Millard; sisters, Vickie Cheatham, Charmaine Goines, Sue Walker, Stacey Williams and Terri Irvin; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Laura and Tracey Bishop; four grandchildren, Madison Baugh, Parker Baugh, Ali Abney and Brayden Abney; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Monday, May 20, 2019, in the Fort Oglethorpe Chapel with Bro. Brent Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Tennessee-Georgia Memorial Park.
