Carlton Fears
Carlton Fears, Sr., 69, passed away September 16, 2019. He was a 1968 graduate of Howard High School. Carlton was a veteran of the U.S. Army, employed at US Pipe and Foundry, Mueller Co. and Pilgrim’s Pride. He was a member of Nation of Islam.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul Fears, Sr., mother, Margaret (Edward) Parker; brothers, Johnny Mitchell, Alvin Parker.
Survivors include his wife, Cynthia Willis Fears; sons, Carlton Fears, Jr., Jumocka “Torey” Willis; sister, Elzenia Barnette; brothers, Paul (Josie) Fears, Herbert (Emilla) Parker; grandchildren, Car’darius Fears, Jr., Ju’Toreyia, Jumocka Willis, Jr., Jorden Starling; Aunt, Marilyn Moon, a host of relatives and friends.
Public viewing will begin after 12 noon Sunday, September 22, 2019, the family will receive friends from 6 – 7 pm at the funeral home. The funeral service will begin at 11 am Monday, September 23rd in the chapel. Interment: Chattanooga National Cemetery.
