Georgia Mae Thompson, 51, of Chattanooga, passed away Sunday, April 25, 2010, at a local hospital.She was a member of Greater Macedonia Baptist Church and preceded in death by her sister, Betty Viola Harris.Survivors are her loving family, daughter, Dianna D. Thompson; grandchildren, Alana K. Thompson, Recco A. Twitty Jr.; mother, Josie Mae Harris; father, Joe Henry Lawrence; sisters, Edna L. (Matthew) Washington, Angela M. (Eric) Gunn, of Chattanooga, Gracie Mae Warthen; brothers, Herman Warthen, Charles (Elizabeth) Warthen, of Ringgold, Melvin (Matilda) Warthen, of Chickamauga, Rev. Russell (Amy) Harris, of Rossville, Jimmie (Shelly) Harris, of Chattanooga; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.Funeral services will be Saturday, May 1, 2010 at 1 p.m. at Mount Peria Baptist Church with Rev.
