Mike Young

Homer Michael "Mike" Young, 51, of Soddy-Daisy, passed away Monday, Dec. 20, 2010, at a local hospital.He was a wonderful husband, loving father and grandfather, a good son and caring brother. He was of the Baptist faith. He graduated from Central High School in 1977 and was employed by Truck Pro. Preceded in death by his mother, Dixie Young.He is survived by his wife, Kathy Young; sons, Josh, Joey, Nick and Ben Young, all of Soddy-Daisy; father, Homer Young, of Chattanooga; sisters, Jan Young, of Chattanooga, Jennifer Bennett, of Cary, N.C.; grandson, Michael Young, granddaughter, Alivia Young.Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home chapel with the Rev.
