Paul "Tubby" William Burns Jr., 50, of Ooltewah, passed away Monday, Dec. 20, 2010, at his home.He was preceded in death by his father, Paul William Burns Sr.Paul was a graduate Ooltewah High School and a member of Greenwood Baptist Church.Survivors include his wife, Vicki Burns; two daughters, Ashley (Adam) Foust, of Birchwood, Keyana Burns, of Ooltewah; two grandchildren, Kayden and Hailee Foust; mother, Viola Burns, of Ooltewah; sister-in-law, Sharon (Johnny) Chapman, of Cleveland, Tenn.; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Ralph and Virginia Blankenship, of Cleveland, Tenn.; a niece, a nephew and a special cousin who was like a sister, Janet Hughes, of Ooltewah.Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with the Rev.
