ROSSVILLE Raymond J. Morton, 81, died Monday, Dec. 20, 2010.He was of the Holiness faith. He was a retired carpenter.He was preceded in death by one son, Tommy William Morton.He is survived by his wife, Marjorie Morton of Rossville; two sons, Sammy Morton, Rising Fawn, Ga., Joe Morton, Chickamauga, Ga.; one stepdaughter, Tina Honeycutt, Cartersville, Ga.; four stepsons, Allen, David, Mike and Jeff Simmons; two sisters, Helen Vaughn and Lois Langley; one brother, Howard Morton; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. EST today at Lake Hills Memorial Gardens with Rev. Clyde Langley officiating.The family will receive friends 10 a.m. until service time today at Ryan Funeral Home, Trenton, Ga.
