ATHENS Catherine Suino Hamman, 79, formerly of Jasper, Ala., died Monday, July 19, 2010, at her residence.A native of Laurium, Mich., she was a daughter of the late Bernard and Mary Bessolo Suino.She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church.She is survived by her husband, Art Hamman, of Athens; one daughter and son-in-law, Patricia and Joe Morris, of Hummelstown, Pa.; one son and daughter-in-law, Thomas Arthur and Margaret Hamman, of Jasper, Ala.; one granddaughter, Cassidy Morris; two grandsons, Justin and Chad Hamman; one sister, Marie DeMars, of Lake Linden, Mich.; one brother and sister-in-law, Frank and Gene Suino, of Laurium, Mich.; brother-in-law and his wife, Jack and Marcia Hamman, of Weiss Lake, Ala.A memorial service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 22, at St. Mary's Catholic Church.The family will receive friends at Smith Funeral Home & Cremation Service of Athens, today, July 21, from 6-8 p.m.The family suggests memorials be made to St. Mary's Catholic Church Building Fund, 1291 E.
