Chester Dwight Hunkapiller, 65, of East Ridge passed away Wednesday, July 28, 2010.He was a graduate of Kirkman High School class of 1965.He was preceded in death by his parents, Bostic and Verda Hunkapiller; and three brothers, Floyd Hunkapiller, Roy E. Hunkapiller and John Pierce Hunkapiller.Survivors include his wife, Vickie Hunkapiller; one son, Chad D. Hunkapiller and his wife Tonja; one granddaughter, Lindsey Hunkapiller; four sisters, Betty Jo Poindexter, Mary Lou Roberts, Marie Clark and Carol Cagle; several nieces and nephews.The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. today at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, 404 S.
