Jasper Hill

TRENTON Jasper E. Hill, 98, died Thursday, July 29, 2010.Mr. Hill was a member and past Elder Of Trenton Church of Christ. He was retired from Combustion Engineering of Chattanooga.He was preceded in death by his wife of 76 years, Gladys Harrison Hill; two grandchildren; parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Hill; six brothers; and two sisters.He is survived by two daughters, Eulene (Earl) Keef, Whiteside, Tenn., Barbara Castleberry, Chattanooga; three sons, Charles (Jackie) Hill, Trenton, Burrell (Shirley) Hill, Trenton, Ben (July) Hill, Trenton; nine grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren, also several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. EDT Sunday in the Ryan Funeral Home Chapel with Minister James Pilgrim officiating.Interment will be in Lake Hills Memorial Gardens.Active pallbearers will be grandsons.The family will receive friends today 2-4 and 6-9 p.m.Arrangements are by Ryan Funeral Home, Trenton, Ga.
