Clara Szyba, 100 years old, died Thursday, Oct. 28, 2010, at the Life Care Center of Red Bank in Tennessee.She was born Dec. 19, 1909.Clara was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Szyba; daughter, Shirley Czubakowski; granddaughter, Debra Czubakowski; and brothers, Harry and Ervin Wrycza.She is survived by her daughter, Cynthia (Thomas) Bukowski, of Hixson; son-in-law, Ken Czubakowski, Milwaukee, Wis.; six grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.The family will receive friends from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 3, at the North Chapel.A Mass of Celebration will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, at the North Chapel with Father Charlie Burton officiating.Graveside services will be held at St. Adlberts Cemetery, Milwaukee, Wis.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a favorite charity.Please share your thoughts and memories at www.chattanooganorthchapel.com.Arrangements are by the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory & Florist.
