ROSSVILLE Mr. James "Jim" Lowe, 79, died Thursday, Oct. 28, 2010.He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Lou Williams Lowe.He was retired from Equifax Services where he had worked for 35 years.Survived by daughter, Kim (Mike) Ellis, Fort Oglethorpe; grandchildren, Emily (Michael) Giles and Jacob (Ashly) Ellis; great-grandchild, Easton Ellis.Funeral from the Chapel of Heritage Funeral Home at 1 p.m. Monday. Service conducted by Dr. John Wyatt.Interment in Chattanooga National Cemetery.The family will receive friends at Heritage Funeral Home Battlefield Parkway from 4-8 p.m. today.The arrangements are by Wallis-Wilbanks Funeral Home of LaFayette.
