DECATUR Dorothy "Dot" Rhan Denton, 89, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 14, 2011.She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Denton; parents, Frank and Clementine Wilkey Rhan.Survivors include daughter, Carolyn (Dan) Layman; sister.
