Jessal Bell

Jessal Holland Bell, 84, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 14, 2011.She was a former educator with Chattanooga City Schools and travel agent.She was preceded in death by her parents, Campbell and Jane Holland.She leaves to cherish her memory her son, James "Lowery" Bell III; and his father, James Bell Sr.; niece, Kimi Washington, of Maryland; nephew, Sessel Washington, of Washington, D.C.; great-nieces; a great-nephew, and a host of dear and loving friends. A graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 17, 2011 at Forest Hills Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 1-2 p.m. prior to the service.In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Humane Society. Arrangements by John P.
