OCOEE Sylvia Bettina Dixson, 57, passed away in the presence of her family on Tuesday night, Dec. 13, 2011, at Woods Memorial Hospital in Etowah, Tenn.The funeral service will be on Friday, Dec. 16, 2011, at 3 p.m. at Smyrna Baptist Church located at 209 Smyrna Road, Ocoee, TN 37361 with the Rev. Jimmy Parm and the Rev.
