TRACY CITY Edward "Duxie" Campbell, 76, passed away Wednesday evening, Feb. 2, 2011, in Emerald-Hodgson Hospital in Sewanee with his family by his bedside.He was retired from construction, building bridges and road projects."Duxie" was preceded in death by his parents, Edward Campbell and Della Nunley Campbell; son, Lannie Campbell; brothers, J.C. and Check Campbell; sister, Anita Campbell.Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Naomi Campbell: son, Shawn (Stacey) Campbell; daughters, Len Campbell, Renea (Richard) Oliver all of Tracy City, Brandy Cunningham, Monteagle; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. today in the funeral home chapel. The Rev. Freddie Savage will officiate.Burial will be in Clouse Hill Cemetery.Arrangements are by Foster & Lay Funeral Home, Tracy City, Tenn., 931-592-3691.
