Patricia Higgins, 65, passed on Saturday, Jan. 29, 2011.She was preceded in death by her parents, brother and aunts.Survivors include her brother, Willie G. (Barbara) Higgins; a host of other relatives.Graveside services will be held at noon Saturday at Highland with the Rev. Harold K. Lester officiating.The body will lie in state after noon today at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Ave., 622-9995.
