Charlotte Scruggs Lee, 78, of East Ridge, passed away Thursday, Jan. 6, 2011, after a two month battle with bone cancer.Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. today, Jan. 15, 2011, at Jones Memorial United Methodist Church with Rev. Larry Dial officiating and the Eastern Star Memorial Service by Susan Felker PGM and East Lake members during the funeral service.
