Jr.JASPER Samuel Thurman Lovell Jr., 90, formerly of Signal Mountain, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 12, 2011, in a Chattanooga health care facility.He was preceded in death by his loving wife of over 55 years, Martha Daffron Lovell; his parents, Samuel Thurman and Josephine Daniel Lovell; and brother, Joseph D. Lovell.Funeral services will be held at Rogers Funeral Home in Jasper at 11 a.m. CST today, Jan. 15, officiated by Pastor Tommy Quick and Bruce Leonard.Interment will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery in Jasper.Condolences may be sent by visiting www.rogersfuneralhome@bellsouth.net.
