Winston Cochran

Robert Winston Cochran, 79, of East Ridge passed away Thursday, Jan. 13, 2011, at his home.He was a member of Jones Memorial United Methodist Church and the Pioneers Sunday School Class. Mr. Cochran retired from DuPont and began a career in the real estate rental business which he ran until his death. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in the Korean war. He was preceded in death by his parents, Wiley and Della King Cochran; two brothers; and three sisters.Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Cochran; one daughter, Susan Cochran Wooten; two grandchildren, Megan Wooten and Jeremy Wooten; one great-granddaughter, Bailee Bonine; one sister, Edna Lee; several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held at noon Monday at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with the Rev.
