Frances Reynolds

Frances Lucille Rinehart Reynolds, 81, of East Brainerd, formerly of Cherokee County Ala., passed away, Monday, Jan. 17, 2011, in a local hospital.She was preceded in death by her husbands, Leonard Rinehart and Frank Reynolds; parents, Williams and Lucille Vaughn; and several brothers and sisters.Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Janice (Jan) and Royce Lawrence, of East Brainerd and Shirley and Bill Brown, of Mays Landing, N.J.; son and daughter-in-law, Lonnie and Janet Reynolds, of Georgia; brothers, Ben Vaughn, R.L. Walker and Max Walker; sisters, Shirley Tucker, Lorene Ziegler and Pat Dooley; 12 grandchildren; twenty four great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.The family would like to extend a special thank you to Avalon Hospice and to the third floor nurses and Parkridge Hospital.Condolences may be sent to www.lane-southcrestchapel.com.Funeral services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. in the South Crest Chapel with Rev. Charles Knight officiating.Mrs. Reynolds will lie in state Friday at Mt. Zion Church, in the Rinehart, Ala., community from 1-2 p.m. CST.Interment will follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery at 2 p.m. CST.The family will receive friends Thursday from 4-8 p.m. at the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home & Crematory, Rossville.
