Harold Wayne Clemmons, 83, of East Ridge, passed away on Saturday, Jan. 22, 2011.He was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church and a self-employed accountant.Visitation will be from 1 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 27, 2011, at the funeral home.Funeral Services are pending and will be announced.Arrangements are by the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory, and Florist, 404 South Moore Road.
