Charles Roberson

Charles A. "Robbie" Roberson, 90, of Chattanooga died on Monday, Jan. 24, 2011, at his residence.He was as loving and caring husband, father and grandfather. Mr. Roberson retired from the US Army serving during WWII and retired as a National Guard Aircraft Mechanic.He was preceded in death by his son, Kenneth Roberson.He is survived by his loving wife of 68 years, Betty Brown Roberson; son and daughter-in-law, Charles and Elaine Roberson, Harrison; daughter, Pat and Martin Harris, Etowah, N.C.; three grandchildren, Tripp Harris III, Belmont Abbey, N.C., Charles Harris, Etowah, N.C., Misty Haynes, Windsor, Colo.; five great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.Please visit www.heritagefh.com to share words of comfort with the family.Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Chattanooga.Funeral services will be held at 12:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 27, 2011 with Rev.
