Billy Ray Sivley, 74, of East Ridge, passed away Saturday, July2, 2011.He was an Air Force veteran and a member of Gateway Baptist ChurchSurvivors include his wife, Diane Bolton Sivley; two sons, Michael Sivley and Richard Sivley; five sisters, Betty McDowell, Virginia Durham, Vera Ballard, Ruth Tittle and Dean Tittle; two brothers, Chester "Sonny" Sivley and Harold Sivley and three grandchildren.Visitation will be in Harmony Baptist Church Tuesday from 5-8 and Wednesday from 11-2. The Rev.
